Data collection

If we don't ask, we don't know!

It's important to be sure your project is reaching everyone it should be, using a registration form and a demographic data collection form is a good way to encourage people to provide this important information.
Demographic information is needed for your monitoring reports, whomever is funding you and collecting robust data can help you encourage future funding.

To help you to collect this data or get photographic consent you can download one of our template documents and adapt it to suit the needs of your project.
