What is a Community Hub?
The Neighbourhood Community Hubs are 2 hour open sessions hosted by a partner organisation in a neighbourhood providing:
- Opportunities to meet new people, a welcoming environment for reducing isolation, fun or light activities
- Fundraising / capacity building support
- Signposting to specialist agencies
- Space in the community to enable residents, community groups and organisations to come together to get the face-to-face support they need.
- Support around health, wellbeing, and social activities
- Information and advice on community resources

North - Monday 14:00 - 16:00, The Bear Church, Frankham St, London. SE8 4RN
East - Thursday 10:30 - 12:30, Lewisham Irish Community Centre, 2a Davenport Road, London. SE6 2AZ
South - Tuesday 10:00 - 12:00, St Luke's Downham, Northover, London. BR1 5JR
West - Monday 10:30 - 12:30, Ignition Brewery, 44a Sydenham Road, London. SE26 5QF
