Main Grants 26-29 Neighbourhood work

From April 2026, a key part of the Main Grants programme will be developing community support across Lewisham in a more neighbourhood-focused, connected way, bringing together local organisations, community hubs, and Integrated Neighbourhood Teams to better support residents.

How does it work?

Find out more

Above is the link to the presentation from the information session held online on 28 July 2026

The online session was an opportunity for community groups and partners to:

  • Hear an overview of the new service and how to get involved
  • Find out about referrals, funding and support for community groups
  • To shape the service during this pilot phase

How else can I help shape the programme?

The Neighbourhood leads are keen to ensure the support offered through this programme reflects your needs, and would value your input – please take a few minutes to complete this short survey: Neighbourhood Baseline Survey – Fill in form

Your feedback will directly inform the design and focus of the support available from July onwards.

Hubs

The Community Hubs are a key part of this programme, providing an opportunity for residents and organisations to come together weekly to meet and get direct support
