Guidance on Completing Applications
Remember to read the application guidance in full and try to come along to a workshop before completing your application below. You will have the option to save your application in order to come back to complete it at a later date.
Please scroll down to begin your application. Once you submit the application, you will receive an email confirmation with the text "Thanks for completing the grant application. You can find a pdf copy of your application attached for your records." If you do not receive this email for any reason, please contact main.grants@lewisham.gov.uk for assistance.
You can download the questions asked in the online form; please note the you will still need to apply using the online form.
Please note that Internet Explorer is not supported by this site so you will need to try an alternative browser, such as Microsoft Edge or Chrome, to name just two examples.
To increase the text size, please refer to instructions for your browser or device which will allow you to zoom in or out of the page to change the size of the text as needed.
If you have started your application and you haven't received a link when saving, please email main.grants@lewisham.gov.uk and we'll send you the link to the saved application.
